PCS moves often mean finding a home before you even set foot in your new city. Luckily, virtual tours make it possible to explore homes from afar — if you know how to do it right. Here’s how:

1. Choose the Right Agent

Work with a MIL-Estate agent who understands virtual tours, remote closings, and long-distance communication. Experience matters.

2. Request Live Video Tours

Ask your agent for a live FaceTime, Zoom, or video walkthrough. You can ask questions in real time and get a feel for the home beyond static photos.

3. Look Beyond the House

Request video of the neighborhood, nearby parks, local schools, and commute routes to fully understand the location.

4. Ask About Small Details

Have your agent show closets, pantry spaces, ceiling heights, and yard sizes — small details that can be hard to judge in pictures.

5. Don't Skip Inspections

Even if you buy virtually, always complete a professional home inspection. It’s your best protection against surprises after closing.

PCS moves are stressful enough — let MIL-Estate agents make virtual home shopping smooth and stress-free for you and your family!
